ITV taps OOONA to power its global localisation & accessibility workflows

Global media company ITV has adopted OOONA Integrated to modernise and scale its localisation and accessibility workflows. The move represents a major milestone in ITV’s strategy to streamline operations across its Access Services division, supporting the delivery of inclusive content to global audiences.

The partnership with OOONA will see its flagship platform being deployed across ITV’s operations to manage subtitling, dubbing, and accessibility services.

With a footprint spanning 13 countries and a global content distribution network, ITV creates and delivers a vast slate of original programming to millions of viewers worldwide. The broadcaster’s commitment to accessibility and localisation is key to its mission of engaging diverse audiences with content that resonates across geographies and cultures.

The platform also supports automated quality checks and integration with third-party AI technologies, helping media organisations reduce turnaround times without compromising quality.
