Chyron to demo at IBC how to fulfil imagery needs within minutes

Chyron’s IBC2024 lineup will demonstrate customer-driven innovations along with new features driven by focused long-term planning across its sports portfolio, further enhancements and efficiencies to driving an array of visual storytelling elements from the newsroom, and exciting new updates to its cloud native live production platform, Chyron LIVE.
At booth 7.B49, visitors can see a playout workflow powered by Chyron PRIME, which simplifies operation while enabling greater control over the types of data displayed in live-to-air graphics. New dynamic data functionality allows playout operators to control not only the display of real-time data in a graphic, but the data source and also the actions that the data will trigger.
Also highlighted will be CAMIO, Chyron’s MOS-enabled graphic asset newsroom integration system in a complete news workflow, driving PRIME CG graphics, as well as PRIME Video Walls, PRIME Clips, VSAR (virtual sets) and even Chyron WEATHER. This flexible visual asset order creation and management tool improves the efficiency of news production by enabling journalists and news producers to create images, maps and charts themselves, in minutes rather than hours to fulfil imagery needs directly within the PRIME – CAMIO – NRCS workflow.
For the Chyron Live platform, cloud support is added to by new features that include expanded audio control capabilities, advanced playlist features, additional graphics templates, and many user-interface improvements.
Mike Truex, CEO of Chyron, said, “There is tremendous potential in EMEA and APAC right now. We know that we have the right products for this market and are pleased with the growth we have seen recently.
“While different regions all prefer their own unique look for live graphics, and various economies require different workflow efficiencies, our proven ability to partner with our customers helps us find the right solution for each of them.”
