To support the migration to a “work anywhere” environment through the adoption of cloud storage and processing, EditShare is highlighting at BroadcastAsia 2022 the new suite of FLEX software solutions for cloud and hybrid workflows.

FLEX provides workflow streamlining through enhanced project synchronisation with non-linear editing (NLE) systems, including Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, which allows complex projects to be readily moved between EditShare FLOW media management and the NLE environment.

Also added to FLOW is the ability to support the latest RAW format updates for RED and Blackmagic Design camera systems, and impose Look-up Tables (LUTs) in real time, both on full resolution material and on proxies.

FLOW can now also ingest NDI contribution feeds and immediately present them for editing, supporting fast turnaround editing in news and sports. To improve workflows, EditShare have also been collaborating with MoovIT on its Helmut 4 orchestration platform, and are demonstrating how they work together to make Adobe and EditShare the perfect environment for high pressure operations.

Extending a warm welcome to visitors to booth 5F3-01, Said Bacho, Chief Revenue Officer, EditShare, noted, “The Asia-Pacific region is an important territory for EditShare, and we can’t wait to attend the show in person and meet with our local customers and partners face-to-face once again.

‘We’re especially looking forward to demonstrating how FLEX can greatly simplify how teams may choose to work and the benefits that this can bring.”
