Evergent’s Global Center in India to offer AI-tools for media worldwide

Evergent has announced the inauguration of its new Global Value Center (GVC) in Hyderabad, India, fueling strategic product development and AI-driven innovation.

With over 600 engineering and AI professionals already onboarded in Hyderabad, the company aims to scale to more than 1,000 employees by end-2025, anchoring its long-term commitment to serving global customers and championing software engineering talent in the region.

Evergent, which is headquartered in Sunnyvale, California, provides customer relationship management tools for global digital media, entertainment and telecommunications providers. It delivers complete subscriber management and monetisation solutions for global media giants such as NBA, Sky, DIRECTV, and Sony LIV across more than 180 countries.

The company’s platform has onboarded over 920 million subscribers worldwide, creating one of the industry’s largest datasets for AI-driven business intelligence. Evergent’s enhanced end-to-end monetisation platform also includes advanced global payment capabilities, enabling transactions, optimising pricing, and bundled digital offerings.

This, said the company, provides a complete platform designed to manage every element of the subscriber lifecycle, while maximising new revenue and enabling international service growth.

Duddila Sridhar Babu, Minister of Information Technology, Electronics, Communications, Industries, & Legislative Affairs, Government of Telangana, said, “Telangana is ready to contribute $1 trillion to India’s economy over the next decade. To achieve this, we must shift from volume-led to value-led growth, by building strengths in high-impact areas like AI, semiconductors, defence, and deep-tech.

“The launch of Evergent’s Global Value Center is a reflection of this vision. This marks a shift towards building high-value IP and global products from Telangana, leveraging Hyderabad’s deep tech talent and driving innovation at scale.”

Vijay Sajja, CEO & Founder of Evergent, added, “Although our headquarters are in California, Hyderabad is central to our success. We’ve combined the best of Silicon Valley and India to build mission-critical, AI-driven Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions that power monetisation for global media giants.

“Hyderabad’s exceptional engineering talent is at the core of our innovation, developing world-class IP and managing hundreds of millions of subscribers. This is driving our AI capabilities to deliver predictive, personalised solutions that help media and telco businesses grow and retain subscribers.”
