Under the slogan of “Connecting the present, building the future”, FOR-A is heading to BroadcastAsia 2025 to demonstrate technologies that will help broadcasters navigate today's challenges while preparing for tomorrow's opportunities.
At booth 5D3-10, visitors can check out the FOR-A MixBoard, a software-based switcher that delivers unlimited layering capabilities for creative freedom, allowing users to create complex compositions and transitions with just a few clicks.
FOR-A MixBoard allows input types to be mixed and matched between SDI, NDI, SMPTE ST 2110, SRT, media and live streams, enabling the creation and quick recall of complex projects with dynamic layouts and effects.
Advanced DVE capabilities unlock sophisticated transitions and effects, while customisable shaders offer unique visual effects and colour correction options. The system also includes a built-in multi-viewer composition tool that allows operators to create custom layouts for monitoring multiple sources simultaneously.
Making a Southeast Asia debut is the HANABI HVS-Q12 production switcher. This compact yet powerful 4RU solution provides up to 60 inputs and 32 outputs (30 SDI + 2 HDMI) in 3G mode and is software-upgradable to 12G-SDI for 4K/UHD workflows with up to 42 inputs and 23 outputs (21 SDI + 2 HDMI).
With optional support for Dante audio and NDI, the HVS-Q12 delivers broadcast-grade reliability with the flexibility modern productions demand.
Other highlights will include AiDi, FOR-A’s AI-powered assistant. AiDi operates without an internet connection, processing video in real-time with low latency on a single PC. The system leverages learning from over half a century of archived footage enabling applications including automated subtitle translation, sound analysis, video monitoring, face and object recognition, graphic synthesis, and player tracking for sports broadcasting.
Robert Shen, Sales Manager, Southeast Asia, FOR-A, said, “Southeast Asia continues to be a dynamic and growing market for broadcast technology, with increasing demand for both traditional live production and innovative content delivery.
“Our solutions are designed to provide a flexible pathway for broadcasters and content creators as they evolve their operations to meet these changing requirements.”
