Grass Valley continues to shape the future of media production

Grass Valley will demonstrate at IBC2024 how it is continuing to set new industry benchmarks with technological advancements such as the AMPP platform, which delivers agile, software-defined workflows for outside broadcast (OB) vans, clouds, and on-premises environments.
According to Grass Valley, AMPP usage has doubled since IBC2023 and is now exceeding six million hours per month. This rapid adoption, said the company, underscores the industry’s shift towards flexible, scalable, and efficient software-defined workflows.
Framelight X and Playout X, deployed during the G20 Summit and DMC Rally X projects, have been primary drivers of this momentum, creating significant cost efficiencies for customers, Grass Valley reported.
Jon Wilson, President & COO, Grass Valley, said, “Grass Valley’s record-breaking growth and strategic advancements are a testament to our unwavering commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customer empowerment.
“As we continue to lead the media technology industry, our hybrid solutions are shaping the future of media production, providing our customers with the agility and tools they need to thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.
“We look forward to sharing our success story with our partners and the industry on our stand at IBC2024.”
