Inter BEE 2022 is returning to Japan’s Makuhari Messe convention centre for its 58th edition, at a time when the broadcast and media industry is beginning to reshape its future.
Under the slogan of “A Comprehensive Media Event for Professionals”, this year’s show will focus on trends such as virtual production, IP transmission, remote production, and the metaverse.
Visitors can expect a number of key show highlights this year, including the Inter BEE IP Pavilion, which will offer one of the largest IP connection environments with inter-company collaboration highlighting the deployment of IP broadcast systems.
The popular Inter BEE Forum will feature a total of 17 keynote sessions and special presentations that will be held at the International Conference Hall of Makuhari Messe. This will be held simultaneously with the 59th Technical Report Conference of Commercial Broadcasting, which is organised by the Japan Commercial Broadcasters Association (JBA).
Inter BEE Connected will highlight sessions and exhibits that examine initiatives and developments in the broadcast and media industry, while Inter BEE Creative will focus on virtual production.
Visitors can also check out Inter Bee Ignition and Digital Content Expo, which will be combined as a one venue to provide information about cutting-edge video and content production technology.
Taking place from November 16-18, pre-registration has already begun for Inter BEE 2022. For those who are eager to begin discussion on topics such as content creation, content delivery, and content consumption, the Inter BEE 2022 Online Venue will open on November 1 and will feature content designed to enrich and enhance the experience of visitors at the live venue by introducing exhibitors’ products and services, streaming videos and pre-sessions of the “Inter BEE Forum’, as well as various special projects and events information.
The online venue will close on December 23.
