Intinor to demo robust, flexible IP contribution tools @ BCA 2025

With a continued focus on reliable contribution and remote production over IP, Intinor is bringing to BroadcastAsia 2025 powerful new features to its Direkt series, designed to improve flexibility, interoperability, and image quality for live production teams.
Visitors to booth 5H3-5 will be able to explore several key enhancements, including support for 10-bit encoding and decoding, enabling improved colour precision and detail.
Direkt units now also offer 12G-SDI inputs and outputs, delivering higher bandwidth capacity through a single cable, making them ideal for Ultra HD (UHD) workflows, says Intinor. Configuration of SDI cards is now available directly via the web-based user interface, giving users more control and simplifying system setup.
Intinor has further expanded its IP and protocol support to meet the needs of hybrid workflows. This includes compatibility with NDI 6.0.1 and enhanced redundancy through support for SMPTE 2022-7 and RTP over SRT.
In addition, the Direkt router series now supports IP stream input SMPTE 302M (Dolby E) pass-through on selected SDI cards, enabling the transmission of multi-channel, professional-grade audio for live broadcast and remote production.
These additions enhance switching between signal paths, improving resilience while maintaining low latency and high quality across broadcast and live production environments.
IntinorDirekt Management (IDM), Intinor’s browser-based user interface for configuring and monitoring multiple Direkt units, continues to develop with customer needs in mind. The latest version adds new features that simplify the management of IP contribution links, giving users greater control and making it easier to operate and maintain systems across a range of production environments.
Roland Axelsson, Senior Technical Account Manager, Intinor, said, “We continue to see strong interest in the APAC region for robust, flexible IP contribution solutions.
“Our focus is on providing tools that offer reliability and adaptability, without adding unnecessary complexity.
“Broadcast Asia is an important opportunity to connect with users in this growing market and demonstrate what’s possible with the latest Intinor solutions.”
