At next month’s NAB Show, Lawo will unveil a new “elasticity” concept, which refers to the ability of a system to quickly scale its capacity up or down in response to changes in demand for resources. This, according to Lawo, is an important factor in ensuring the efficient use of computing resources, maintaining system performance, enhancing sustainability and improving cost-effectiveness.

Phil Myers, Lawo’s CTO, invites, “Discover elasticity and see how this concept can change your perspective on video and audio processing requirements, and how you can leverage the inherited advantages for your facility, mobile, studio or corporate media core infrastructure

“In light of the company’s rapid growth and the obvious necessity to provide its customers with innovative answers to new workflow models, we have established a CTO Office staffed with experts from all areas, dedicated exclusively to achieving the overall strategic goals of Lawo’s product and R&D organisations.

“Tight integration is the cornerstone of our strategy.”

While learning about Lawo’s elasticity concept at booth C4111, visitors can also check out more than 10 new products and major updates to Lawo’s existing audio, video, control and monitoring portfolio.

After successfully integrating the entire Lawo product catalogue, welcoming third-party vendors, and implementing HOME’s NMOS IS-04 and IS-05 compatibility, Lawo will be introducing its next set of features for its HOME IP infrastructure management platform, and will also be launching version 10.6 for its mc² and A_UHD Core platform, which delivers a new level of immersive audio mixing and cutting-edge advancements for multi-channel processing and downmixing.

Find out more at NAB 2023 show, which is taking place from April 16-19 at the Las Vegas Convention Centre.
