LiveU to acquire Actus Digital’s business and technology

Actus Digital has signed a definitive agreement for its business and technology to be acquired by LiveU. This strategic acquisition, says Actus Digital, will strengthen its innovation roadmap and expand the long-term value delivered to customers worldwide.
