Viaccess-Orca (VO) will be showcasing its latest advancements at the NAB 2024. Its focus highlights how the company leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and human expertise to optimise workflows, enhance viewer experiences, and drive revenue growth for service providers.
Alain Nochimowski, Chief Technology Officer at VO, said, “At the
NAB 2024, we’ll demonstrate how our blend of human ingenuity and AI is reshaping video delivery and monetisation.
“We look forward to showing operators and service providers our latest innovations that simplify operations, drive new revenue streams, and optimise viewing experiences.”
At booth W3710, VO will be introducing Multi-X, a unified cross-platform solution designed to manage diverse operational needs. This allows service providers to deliver customised TV experiences for each unique user base. Additionally, VO will showcase its TV platform, encompassing a suite of tools for service delivery, content protection, multi-platform video playback, and more.
A key highlight is VO’s leveraging of AI and machine learning across its product offerings. This empowers service providers to adapt to the evolving TV landscape through solutions for the TV platform, secure video player, targeted TV advertising, and anti-piracy services.
VO will also demonstrate its Audience Segmentation Service (VO Segmenter). This solution allows service providers to segment viewers based on various criteria to personalise content discovery and recommendations, ultimately driving revenue growth.
Furthermore, VO will bring its integration with large language models (LLMs) on Microsoft Azure to further personalise content recommendations and enhance content protection. Finally, VO’s software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based QoX suite provides monitoring and analytics to improve subscriber satisfaction, reduce churn, and boost revenue for service providers.
