Bhanushali stated, “We are showcasing this archive that the archival solution and a link 2 as the graphical solution and the playout system from Drillarium. That’s the playout system is a multi-channel playout system that they are showcasing. They’re going to have multiple channels being operated by a single person sitting in a room from eight to 10 channels. A single person, so you’re cutting down on the number of operators.” The Drillarium playout system offers broadcasters a compact and remote solution, particularly relevant in light of the COVID-19 pandemic. With travel restrictions and social distancing measures in place, operators can now remotely manage channels from the comfort of their own surroundings. This innovation allows broadcasters to continue their operations seamlessly, even in times of crisis.
When asked about the target customers for the product, Bhanushali mentioned, “The major customers that we’re targeting are the national broadcasters from various regions in Asia Pacific and the radio broadcasters and media houses.” The versatility of the Drillarium playout system makes it suitable for a wide range of customers, from large-scale national broadcasters to smaller radio stations and media outlets. One of the unique selling propositions of Whiteways’ product is its comprehensive system integration approach. Bhanushali explained, “We are a system integration company, and we give them a complete workaround for their requirements. It’s not only just a product but a whole system in one, so that you know, you don’t need to run out at different people trying to find out you know, fixes to work one system meet another.
So, we give a complete package all at one place with radio with audio or camera lights anything.” When questioned about the target market segment, Bhanushali clarified, “We are working with all the top-level broadcasters in the region, and we also have many customers from medium as well as a few customers from the lower level.” This indicates that Whiteways caters to broadcasters across the spectrum, from industry leaders to smaller organizations with budget constraints.
