Simon Leadlay joins You.i TV from Accedo, and is tasked to lead the company's global pay-TV business development efforts
With a focus on expanding international growth, You.i TV, a provider of software tools for addressing cross-platform app development, has hired Simon Leadlay to lead the company's global pay-TV business development efforts.
Leadlay will be responsible for supporting pay-TV operators in Europe, North America and beyond to harness the benefits of the You.i TV's You.i Engine One app development platform. Leveraging a variety of technical approaches, including support for the React Native application framework, You.i Engine One enables users' in-house development teams to create unified cross-platform user interfaces for both set-top boxes (STBs) and consumer devices, achieving development velocity while driving new revenue opportunities.

Before joining You.i TV, he was director of pay-TV product management and business development at Accedo. Prior to that, he was with Latens Systems, Pace and ARRIS, where he was integral to the companies' productisation as well as sales and marketing efforts for next-generation user experiences.
