To meet the demands of today’s hybrid, multi-format work environments, Broadcast Pix has announced two new integrated production solutions.

The GX Hybrid is an expansive 22-input switcher, while the MeetingPix is a dedicated appliance for government and corporate meetings.

The two products, said Broadcast Pix, complete the company’s new product line up with integrated production solutions for every budget, application and performance level. The software-based video production systems are multi-format, resolution independent and hybrid – making them an ideal fit for today’s video and IP world.

The new 22-input GX Hybrid is an integrated production software solution that offers a further eight channels of clips and graphics, six assignable outputs, 2TB of server storage and built-in streaming, recording and audio mixing.

The GX Hybrid can be deployed for local sports and regional news coverage, and remote production from anywhere in the world.

Flexible and able to be operated from a touchscreen or web browser, MeetingPix easily connects to PoE (Power Over Ethernet) robotic cameras, like RoboPix and includes the GuestPix feature, which enables remote participants to be integrated into the production. Sophisticated graphics, full automation and configurable user interfaces complete the MeetingPix package.

“The world we live in is multi-format and hybrid, and our new product lineup now provides the most complete and scalable live production solutions for every application or budget available today,” said Graham Sharp, CEO, Broadcast Pix. “We are pleased to offer a solution for all content creators, from broadcasters to volunteer church operators, enabling them all to create, broadcast and stream compelling live video.”
