Satoshi Kanemura, President and COO of FOR-A, spoke about the company's newest products. "We have three themes for this NAB. Number one is the evolution of 12G UHD features for routers and systems.
We are adapting NDI, closeable, SDI, and NDI together, and all in an SDI bay. Here is all software solutions, graphics video software encoder-decoder, IPTV running by software, and this is totally an IP bay," Kanemura said. One of the most exciting new products revealed was the company's LED wall. The wall was manufactured in Spain and features special technology for recording. The 4K HDR panel has a 175-degree viewing angle and is easily installed by simply plugging it in and adjusting it.
The wall's unique coating also protects it from damage, making it a durable and practical option. Kanemura also emphasised the importance of the company's gateway product. "Behind a wall, we've got the old gateway that has to know with SDI and IP, so anything gateway is SDI in IP out, IP in SDI out for actual frame sync though. One of the lots of HDR you have to do it so all the gateway products are there so you can live with SDI someday you're going up to IP but you have to live both together think gateway is perfect us for this is a new wall," he said.
