MQuest Ventures, Inc. recognised at Asia-Pacific Broadcasting+ Awards 2025

The MVP Group’s historic Christmas campaign that united over 50 companies to spread joy and hope nationwide was commended by the awards programme.

MQuest Ventures, Inc. bagged the Multi-Platform Campaign (Cable & Satellite Broadcasting) – Philippines category at the Asia-Pacific Broadcasting+ Awards 2025. This accolade has highlighted its exemplary efforts through its “Merry Ang Vibes ng Pasko: The MVP Group Christmas Party,” which was held during the previous Christmas season.

The MVP Group, under the leadership of Chairman Manny V. Pangilinan, launched “Merry Ang Vibes ng Pasko: The MVP Group Christmas Party.” The campaign, spearheaded by MQuest Ventures, Inc. with the group’s People Council, brought together over 50 companies and subsidiaries, and more than 100 stars and personalities to deliver joy, hope, and meaningful service to millions of Filipinos.

It went beyond the bounds of a typical corporate celebration and was a first-of-its-kind initiative as it combined the power of media, essential services, sports, and social good.

“Merry Ang Vibes ng Pasko” stood out because of its massive scale and deep impact. It wasn’t just a media event—it was a movement powered by the combined efforts of companies from telecommunications, utilities, transport, food, healthcare, mining, finance, and beyond.

Broadcasted across several TV stations, radio stations, newspapers, and OTT platforms, the campaign reached millions through traditional and digital media. Its message was further amplified by the group’s 40 million+ social media followers.

The campaign also went beyond media and reached communities through in-store promotions, event booths, and major sporting events. 

At its core, “Merry Ang Vibes ng Pasko” was about giving back. A key feature of the campaign was a heartfelt tribute video that spotlighted MVP Group employees who served their communities in inspiring ways. Proceeds from advertising and a special donation drive were dedicated to helping survivors of the 2024 typhoons—an effort to transform a corporate event into a meaningful humanitarian effort.

The campaign culminated in a star-studded concert at the Araneta Coliseum, featuring top Filipino performers including Sarah Geronimo, Bamboo, Apl.de.ap, Martin Nievera, Nina, Aicelle Santos, and Maja Salvador. With over 100 personalities and a live audience of more than 10,000, the event was also streamed on Cignal Play for employees who couldn’t attend the actual event.

“Merry Ang Vibes ng Pasko” proved that when businesses unite with a shared purpose, they can do more than celebrate—they can create change. The campaign was a milestone in collaboration, innovation, and compassion and a powerful reminder of the role corporations can play in uplifting the Filipino spirit.

Asia-Pacific Broadcasting+ Awards commends companies, industry partners, and vendors in the broadcasting industry that introduce technological advancements in the field. The awards programme highlights projects and initiatives in areas such as digitalisation and engineering.
