Actus Digital-Pikolo unifies real-time channel monitoring/operations solution

Actus Digital, a LiveU company and provider of intelligent compliance logging, quality monitoring, and content analysis solutions, has announced a new integration with Pikolo’s ITracker platform.
This collaboration streamlines broadcast operations by unifying real-time channel monitoring with centralised operational data management, giving customers deeper insights and more efficient workflows.
With this integration, Actus automatically sends monitoring alerts directly to Pikolo’s ITracker system. ITracker, in turn, connects with Actus via application programming interface (API) to provide a smooth, in-platform experience for users. This bi-directional data exchange minimises manual operator input and ensures that channel status and technical alerts are instantly available within ITracker’s centralised environment.
Actus-generated alerts are now stored alongside all other operational data, including linear, digital, and more, inside ITracker’s comprehensive data store. This single source of truth (SSOT) enables broadcasters to track performance trends, identify recurring issues, and make faster, data-driven decisions.
By combining Actus’ advanced monitoring capabilities with ITracker’s analytics and profiling tools, broadcasters benefit from operational efficiency with less manual input, faster response times, and reduced errors.
Instant access to channel health and compliance status within the same operational dashboard also improves visibility, while actionable insights can be gained from centralised data that enables deeper trend analysis, better planning, and smarter decision-making.
