Polish TV network installs KSC Core
Besides the installation of the KSC Core broadcasting control and monitoring solution, BFE will also provide training services to TVP’s team
TVP, a Polish public broadcasting corporation, has tasked BFE to upgrade the control system onboard its 14-camera HD outside broadcasting (OB) van.
TVP has 13 national and 16 regional channels with a broad mix of news, sports, culture, entertainment and regional programmes. The network’s programmes are also available beyond state borders and reaches parts of Belarus, the Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, Russia and Slovakia.
For this project, BFE engineers planned the upgrade path for TVP, and installed and tested the KSC Commander control system in TVP’s in-house production facilities. The BFE team will then equip the OB van with the latest generation of KSC Core, BFE’s flagship broadcast control and monitoring solution.
Prior to handing over the OB van to TVP, BFE will also provide training services to TVP’s team, allowing them to familiarise with the new features and workflow options when operating the new broadcast control and monitoring solution.
