To support further growth and expansion, Vizrt Group has appointed Klaus Holse as its new chairperson.
In his new role, Holse will support Vizrt’s continued transition to a SaaS (software-as-a-service) business model, supported by his previous roles as CEO of SimCorp, Corporate VP at Microsoft, and Senior VP at Oracle.
Holse said, “The group has great potential for further growth with its leading technology platform, strong customer relationships and reputation for operational excellence.
“I’m looking forward to working together with Vizrt Group’s high-calibre management team on leading the industry’s transition to innovative IP-video, cloud production and software defined solutions.”
Holse will act as chairperson for select Nordic Capital portfolio companies within the technology and financial services sectors, including Vizrt Group and Macrobond, a leading provider of macroeconomic and financial time series solutions.
