India and Bangladesh strengthen working relationships in broadcast and radio
Indian broadcasting agency Prasar Bharati has confirmed to carry Bangladesh TV on its DD Free Dish direct-to-home (DTH) platform, and also waive carriage charges for the same. As a reciprocal gesture, a Doordarshan channel will be adopted from India on a DTH platform which Bangladesh TV will soon launch.
