TVT adds key role to Asian team

Jason Ho joins TVT from Globecast as vice-president of sales, and will be responsible for expanding TVT’s pan-Asia sales portfolio

TVT has appointed Jason Ho as vice-president of sales in Asia. In his new role, Ho will oversee TVT’s pan-Asia sales portfolio, and continue to drive the company’s business development across the region.

Prior to joining TVT, Ho was with Globecast as vice-president sales – head of media and broadcast services, a role in which he was instrumental in driving business development with traditional broadcast, telecommunication, IPTV and new media clients. Alongside his experience at Globecast, Ho has held several sales management positions with broadcast and telecom companies such as Comtech, Newtec and Singtel.

Ian Brotherston, CEO for TVT, commented: “With over 18 years’ experience working with broadcast and telecommunication companies across Asia-Pacific, Jason brings a unique perspective on the dynamics of the Asian market which, combined with his broad technical know-how, makes him the perfect appointment to drive our business forward.”
